KC Members Club requires the following terms and conditions to be adhered to:
1. All persons entering the premises will be members of staff or members of the KC Members Club, and will be required to provide proof of identity in the form of their Membership Card, the visit will be logged.
2. Ordinary Membership of the Club is reserved to:
(i) Any persons over the age of eighteen years meeting the necessary requirements of the application procedures.
(ii) Such other Persons as the Management shall from time to time agree to admit to Ordinary Membership.
3. Companies may be admitted to Corporate Functions at the discretion of the Management.
4. Each Ordinary and Corporate Member will be issued with a Membership Card which they may be called upon to produce at anytime whilst at a Club event or on the Club’s premises.
5. Membership of the Club shall be at the sole discretion of the Management
6. The Club‘s subscription charges shall be set out or varied from time to time by the Management.
7. Corporate Members shall be liable for a contribution level to be agreed between their Company and the Management.
8. Subscriptions referred to in Rule 6 are Club subscriptions only and do not relieve Members from obligations imposed by any players club or section or sections of which they are Members.
9. Upon membership, new members may be offered complimentary accounts with the club’s preferred online poker room which can be used at the members' descretion.
10. A period of at least 48 hours shall elapse between application for membership being received and the applicant becoming a member, but this does not preclude him/her from attending the premises in those 48hrs as a guest.
11. The hours for supply of alcohol shall be daily between the opening times. There will be no consumption of alcohol allowed on the premises after 01:00 hours.
12. There will be soft drinks including drinking water available at all times the premises are open.
13. There will be no admission to the premises for persons already under the influence of alcohol. No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied to any member under the influence of drink. There will be no sales for consumption off the premises.
14. The premises will be open daily to the public as detailed by the opening times schedule.
15. The Management shall have the right at any time to refuse a guest entry to the Club premises.
16. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons into the club at any time.
17. The Management reserves the right to refuse membership to and rescind membership of any persons at any time.
19. The Management reserves the right to remove any persons from the club premises at any time.
20. Members must pay for all goods and excisable liquor at the time of purchase.
21. All members shall agree to abide by at all times the Terms & Conditions of the KC Members Club.
